Each staff member become clear about his roles and responsibilities under this system.
Each team member is given a score card and they score points for the completed tasks. Each team member gets the monitory awards for the points they won.
Every month management can review under performing teams, understand their challenges, give additional support when required, or take actions against prennial under performers.
